Great news! Bid Winning of a Korean Project with a Sum of 8.14 Billion Yuan
Recently, the Company has jointly signed Jeju PAMPAS and Cypress C EPC Construction Contract with Guangzhou Yihe Group Company Limited and Nam Rong Industrial Co., Ltd. at its headquarter office, marking a firmer step for the Company’s development in Korean market.
Jeju PAMPAS and Cypress C Area EPC construction project is located in Seogwipo City, Jeju Island, South Korea. The contract value is about RMB 8.14 billion yuan (including tax) and covers an area of about 3,000,000 m2, which is equivalent to the size of 420 standard football fields. It will become the largest high-end comprehensive entertainment project in Jeju Island after completion. The building area is 485,000m2, including Phase I Cypress C (34,500m2), which is mainly for recreation condominium facilities and sightseeing accommodation facilities; and Phase II PAMPAS (450,000m2), mainly for convention centers, themed shopping streets, recreation villa, sports and health theme park, butterfly museum, horse farm, and ecological museum.
At the meeting, He Jianliang, Chairman of Guangzhou Yihe Group Company Limited, gave a detailed introduction of the development history and specific plans of Yihe at home and abroad. Wang Shaofeng, deputy general manager of the Bureau, introduced the major business sectors and overseas development in combination with the corporate video of the Bureau. And all of them had cordial and friendly exchanges with the participants.

In recent years, the Overseas Business Division has implemented “going out” strategy in line with Company’s unified deployment and has now entered six country-level markets, including South Korea and Indonesia, etc., strove to build 2+2+2 overseas market layout. It also actively follows the Company’s policies, and persists in improving design strength, fulfilling the contracts perfectly and technological innovation capability. Signing of the Contract on the Korean Project is the result of the Division’s deepening understanding of Korea market in accordance with the Company’s requirements.
